How long does regulator servicing take?
Our standard estimated turnaround is generally 7-10 days, depending on workshop workload, regulator condition and service-part availability.
Can you provide an urgent service?
Same-day and 24-hour priority servicing may be available. This must be agreed before the equipment is delivered or posted.
Which regulator brands do you service?
We specialise in Apeks, Yuhsin, Halcyon and Mares. We can also service many other brands, subject to suitable parts and technical support being available.
Do you use silicone grease?
No. We use oxygen-compatible grease throughout our internal regulator servicing.
Can you send me packaging?
Yes. We can arrange a suitable box, protective bubble wrap and a prepaid return label, allowing you to arrange servicing without leaving home.
What does the three-month warranty cover?
It covers the servicing workmanship completed by our workshop. It does not cover accidental damage, contamination, misuse, unauthorised adjustment or unrelated component faults.
