The DS4 first stage delivers over‑balanced diaphragm technology that actively boosts hose gas pressure faster than ambient pressure as you descend — giving you measurably smoother, stronger performance exactly when it matters most: at depth. Its 2 HP ports and 4 MP ports are intelligently angled for clean, streamlined hose routing, reducing drag and stress — perfect for twin-set and stage-heavy configurations.
Cold water or low-vis silt? Bring it on. The environmental dry system seals the spring chamber from water and contaminants, protecting against freezing and keeping internals clean — a must in our challenging UK conditions, from Stoney Cove training days to coastal wreck expeditions.
The XTX second stage elevates every breath. pneumatically‑balanced valve design ensures effortless inhalation, while the oversized venturi lever and opening-effort control knob put you in command of airflow and resistance.
