Tuneable opening effort, uncompromised breathing

The glove-friendly cracking pressure knob puts you in command of the reg’s opening resistance, allowing on-the-fly tuning during training, rescue scenarios, or long, cold profiles around the English Channel. Underneath the tuning controls lies a pneumatically-balanced 2nd stage valve system that keeps inhalation smooth and stable, reducing overall work-of-breathing when your focus is on the dive, not the dial.

Smart sharing geometry, obvious recognition

With a 36” yellow hose and bold, high-visibility front cover, this octo is built to be grabbed and identified instantly in OOA practice and real-world gas donation. Pair it with backmount or sidemount rigs — the reversible feed orientation lets you choose left or right routing without wrestling twists into your hose. The soft-grip venturi lever makes finding and flipping your airflow setting effortless, even in silty conditions or mid-task on a lift.

Purge with purpose, reset without protest

The oversized purge delivers 2-stage progressive control: a side-press for measured gas deployment during surface marker and bag fills, and a centre press for full clearing power when seconds count. The silicone exhaust valve improves exhale efficiency, and the patented heat exchanger surrounding the valve steals warmth from ambient water to manage the chill of gas expansion — improving composure and thermal reliability in colder layers.

Key moulded components incorporate advanced antimicrobial additives to defend against harmful bacteria, viruses and fungi. The Comfo-bite™ mouthpiece cradles the reg with reduced jaw tension — so even long holds and repeated donation drills don’t mean jaw fatigue by default.
